This website, www.iveristrategies.com (the “Website”), is owned and operated by IVERIS STRATEGIES LTD (“IVERIS”). IVERIS Strategies is the name under which the firm operates.

Nature of the firm

IVERIS Strategies is a private, independent strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of global finance, institutional access, and structural intelligence.

IVERIS is not regulated as a bank, broker, investment adviser, investment manager, or money transmitter, and it does not hold or receive client funds or assets. Regulated activity within engagements is performed by licensed counterparties under their own authority. Where an engagement requires legal, tax, fiduciary, or other regulated advice or services, they are provided by licensed professionals and institutions under their own responsibility.

Purpose and audience of the Website
